A few weeks ago, I had the chance to photograph Crystal Costa. She has been a senior soloist with English National Ballet for many years now and is a beautiful dancer. I wanted to experiment with a couple of new ideas I had in mind for a while. Flour was one of them.

It really brings an interesting effect to a shoot, close to smoke but with real texture. I an quite happy with the result although my work never really manages to satisfy me. It has been quite a lot of fun and definitely
a big mess to clean 
As well, I wanted to focus a bit more on the upper body than usual. Find some nice lines with arms and hands, and some soft though meaningful expressions. I knew Crystal would bring that and she didnt disappoint a bit.
